Initiatives to Promote Diversity and Reform Work Styles

Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, we formulated a three-year General Employer Action Plan from August 1, Reiwa to July 31, Reiwa, in order to improve the employment environment for balancing work and child rearing for employees and the development of diverse working conditions, including employees who are not raising children.

Tech Supply aims to deepen our understanding of achieving work-life balance regardless of gender or age, and to create an environment in which the workplace as a whole accepts the diverse work styles of individual employees.

We will promote development and initiatives so that each and every one of us can make use of our individuality and characteristics to ensure that they can continue to play an active role in a healthy, happy manner.

In order to enable all employees to fully demonstrate their abilities by creating an environment where employees can balance work and child rearing, and all employees can work comfortably, we will formulate an action plan as follows.
